Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Training Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling all training events and resources (facilities, transportation, logistics, etc.) This position is contingent upon contract award DUTIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with the training teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule all training events and resources for the Sentinel program.
Provide accurate and timely information to training teams regarding the status of training resources to support upcoming events.
Prepare, update, and maintain training resource estimates, including cost, level of effort (LOE), and required materials.
Develop comprehensive training resource plans and monitor the execution of these plans to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
Process, analyze, and disseminate training resource information to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare reports, such as general progress reports and After Action Reports (AARs), to document the utilization and effectiveness of training resources.
Conduct training risk management assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective allocation of training resources.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in training resource management.
Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
Travel may be required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS BA/BS is required.
Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience is required.
Knowledge of and experience with Joint Cyber Command and Control Reporting (JCC2R) is preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment with rapidly changing demands.
Must have strong writing and communications skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritize task, and meet deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.

Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
