Job description

Training Systems Analyst As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. We are seeking a highly skilled Training Systems Analyst to provide subject matter expertise and support for cyber crew training programs. The ideal candidate will optimize training curricula and events to meet the standards of USCYBERCOM, JFHQ DODIN, and Service Cyber Protection Teams. This role involves evaluating training effectiveness, assisting in analytical product development, and ensuring standardization across cyber operations. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Training Systems Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience. Training Systems Analyst Responsibilities Include: Provide subject matter expert (SME) support to cyber crew training programs. Evaluate and modify training curricula and events for optimal performance and alignment with standards. Assist in the discovery, assessment, analysis, explanation, and anticipation of future actions to deliver high-quality analytical products to decision-makers. Provide training and standardization/evaluation support to subordinate units. Facilitate, guide, track, and document standardized mission essential tasks across the wing. Assist mission teams and operators with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization. Participate in conferences, meetings, and symposiums to share insights and updates. Support efforts to ensure consistent and effective training across all levels of operations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Training Systems Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Minimum of three years of experience with Air Force cyberspace operations training and affected organizations. Strong understanding of cyber operations training requirements and standards. Ability to evaluate and optimize training programs and curricula. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
