Job description

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated personable IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users focusing on resolving breaks/fix issues. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage installations, and ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, technical and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to provide superior support and service to a wide range of internal contacts

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to help desk requests/tickets via phone, email, and in-person.

Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and install new computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices and software for end users.

Resolve incidents using existing documentation and pre-defined processes

Manage user security in the company's ERP system as directed by department and operational managers

Assist the network and server infrastructure teams

Troubleshoot email and internet connectivity issues

Enforce company security procedures and policies by ensuring all workstations and laptops meet security guidelines

Qualifications & Required Skills:
Associate's degree in IT or related field.

Experience with Windows 10, Linux and Mac OS.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Experience with Active Directory and other Microsoft Server Technologies.

A+, Net+ certifications preferred
