Job description

MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provide office coordination in support of geophysical vendor field operations

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2:
â Coordinates the disposition of RFIs, NCRs and Field Changes
â Assists managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle
â Addresses and solves day to day project coordination challenges supporting the PM in the identification, logging, analysis and resolution/mitigation of issues and risks
â Assists in the preparation of Risk Management Sessions
â Assists in the preparation of Lessons Learned Sessions
â Assists in the preparation of Project Gate Review Packages

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
â Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
â Advanced knowledge of Project Management Processes; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
â Experience in project coordination and/or technical experience in large Design & Build
â Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
â Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
â Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
â Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
â Must comply with all requirements per the agreement
â Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project
â Experience dealing with general contractors and design sub consultants
