Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (Plus Bonuses and Benefits)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a focus on Civil Litigation and Construction Defect cases. This role is ideal for a candidate with 5 years of experience in litigation, who is eager to take on challenging cases and work in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, from case inception to resolution.
• Manage construction defect litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and case timelines.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in construction defect litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet a monthly billable hour requirement of 160 hours.
