They are currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team and support their attorneys in delivering outstanding legal representation.

Job Description: The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process, from case preparation to trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and be able to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and discovery documents.
  • Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
  • Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filing and compliance with court rules.
  • Prepare and review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with the review and organization of evidence and discovery responses.

Qualifications:


  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; paralegal certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Proficient in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
