Accredo Packaging, Inc. manufactures and supplies sustainable, high value added, flexible packaging, predominantly for the pre-packaged foods and consumer products markets in North America. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager. The responsibilities include taking care of timecards, disciplinary actions, reviews, execution of the supervisor's orders, maintain low work order response time, maintaining shift schedules of subordinates, PMs, learning new machine functions and maintaining it, contacting venders, and any other assigned job duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• To supervise and direct employees in execution of work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain all floor paperwork to be submitted to appropriate locations (work orders, daily cleaning forms, Root Cause Analysis, etc)
• Talk to venders or parts department to source the right parts and follow-up that they arrive in a timely manner.
• To execute all orders given by Manager
• Maintain shift schedules via direction from the Maintenance Manager
• Key Focus on being proactive instead of reactive
• Complete all admin paperwork such as reviews, disciplinary actions, leave, timecards, and more (I.e. Change form, DCAR form, and Review form)
• Maintain action items for PM and follow up during PM's
• Review all equipment used by the extrusion maintenance team is in good standing
• All employees are up to date on their training.
• Conduct continuous preventative maintenance and tool inspection (e.g., LOTO locks, j-knife, cut knife) and maintain general good housekeeping (e.g., sweeping, machine wipe down, proper trash disposal, maintain work area).
• Work Order Completion, Downtime/Uptime by department, Response time for work order completion.

Relocation assistance available for qualified applicants.

Physical Demands:
Be able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
Be able to climb up and down stairs throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
• Education: HS Diploma or GED
• Experience: Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 5-7 years, Military Experience (plus)
• Skills: Basic computer and math skills (must pass the New Hire Base Assessment Test, which measures basic arithmetic and mechanical aptitude), Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Experience
• Company-certified to operate a Class I, III, and IV PIT
