Volt is immediately hiring for Corrugated Machine Operator (Flexo/RDC) in Fort Worth, Texas.
As a Corrugated Machine Operator, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, train, support, and hold accountable your machine crew.
  • Set up machines according to specifications and instructions.
  • Perform quality control checks throughout the production run to ensure standards are met.
  • Identify any tooling requiring maintenance post-production.
  • Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
  • Adhere to the production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, and service goals. Report any unusual scheduling issues to the Supervisor.

This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of Machine Operator experience on Rotary Die Cutter.
  • 5 years total Corrugated Plant experience.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Computer skills for Production Data Entry (PDE) including Machine Operation Status, Safety Data, Quality Data, and Maintenance Workorders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Understanding of the mechanical aspects of your machine to be proactive in equipment maintenance.
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
