David J. Rossen, DDS Family Dental Care is now hiring a Full Time Floating Dental Office Manager in The Colony, Texas and Surrounding Area!
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Full Time Floating Dental Office Manager and be part of our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
As a Floating Dental Office Manager, this opportunity will begin for the first 3 months at the specific practice of David J. Rossen, DDS Family Dental Care and then will continue with an opportunity to work at other local practice(s) within our Star Dental Partners affiliated network based on business needs.
Full Time Floating Dental Office Manager Schedule at David J. Rossen, DDS Family Dental Care :
Monday - Wednesday 7:45-5pm and Thursday 7:45 - 3:00pm
Office Managers are expected to maintain a full-time employment schedule during core business hours of any Star Dental Partner affiliated network of dental practices

Job Summary
Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a practice. The Office Manager will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The Office Manager works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Responsibilities:
• Team leadership, coaching and training
• Profit & Loss (P&L) management
• Staff and patient scheduling
• Time & Attendance (T&A) management
• Payroll process management
• Accounts Payable (AP) management
• Manage insurance claims and other forms of payment
• Patient satisfaction and experience
• Collaborate on internal and external marketing efforts
• Implement policies and procedures
• Promote SDP company policies and best practices (published or otherwise communicated)
• Management of dental licenses and other related certifications
• Maintain current safety procedures and personal protective equipment required to minimize health risks

Qualifications:
• 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience required
• Proficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
• Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting)
• Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
• Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
Work Environment/Conditions
• Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
