Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative tasks including answering phones, replying to emails, and managing schedules

Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and assisting with registrations

Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Assist with marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
