Job Description
Currently seeking a Portfolio Manager who will perform various Information Assurance (IA) and associated security tasks and functions. We support multiple programs' Assessment and Authorization (A&A) under the NIST, DoD, Air Force and AETC implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF), and the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). AETC Portfolio Management (PfM) Professionals are required to complete tasks such as advising information system owners, program managers, and or project managers, assisting AETC stakeholders with IT investment registration, updates, change request, and manage IT portfolio management data in the AF directed system (e.g. Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS to support Air Force IT PfM and other processes and provide IT budget reporting and IT compliance reporting to such as: Clinger-Cohen Act, Privacy Act of 1974 as amended; Section 508, IT Portfolio Management Services, Capability Analysis Services, Governance Integration Services, and IT Investment Management Information Management Decision Support Services. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in DoD Program Management and information systems Portfolio Management (PfM) including investment compliance, data collection and reporting activities.
• Ability to manage IT portfolio management data in the Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS)
• Ability to provide IT budget reporting and IT compliance reporting, such as: Clinger-Cohen Act, Privacy Act of 1974 as amended; Section 508, IT Portfolio Management Services, Capability Analysis Services, Governance Integration Services, and IT Investment Management/Information Management Decision Support Services.
• Proven work performance and communications skills, including developing and giving formal written and oral presentations
This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret), Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required.
