Nurse Practitioner Waco, TX
$120k to $130k

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Waco, TX. We are a highly reputable, growing multidisciplinary team that believes in providing high quality care and helping others improve their quality of life. We are seeking a like-minded nurse practitioner to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide care and support to a wide variety of patients and work in a friendly, welcoming environment. The nurse practitioner will provide professional direct patient care for the practice. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, has experience working with joint injections/orthopedics and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Duties:

  • Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
  • Order and review diagnostic imaging
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Plans
  • Treatments (injections, therapies)
  • Order labs/testing and review the results
  • Referral to other providers as indicated
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
  • Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an Accredited NP program
  • Nurse Practitioner license in TX
  • Experience working in Pain Management setting preferred but not mandatory
Schedule:
  • 4-5 days a week
