$1500.00 sign on bonus

Available shift- 6a-6p and 6p-6a

PRN for all shifts

Greenview Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently searching for talented Nurse's to join our team!

The primary purpose of your position is to assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing services for our unit, while delivering on the core values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.

Nursing Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out the duties of this job.
Receive report at the beginning of each shift. Assess the physical and emotional status of each resident and evaluate their need for continued or immediate care.
Delegate responsibility for the direct care of each resident to appropriate nursing personnel according to needs, physical layout of care areas and staff ability.
Be responsible for all phases of direct resident care, within the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act.
Ensure that nursing staff perform all restorative measures recommended in the plan of care and required by each resident's condition. Report all incidents of change in resident's condition to the Director of Nursing.
Assist physicians on rounds and keep them informed of the status of each resident, changes in condition and medical emergencies.
Plan working schedule to allow for education, supervision, and evaluations of performance for all nursing personnel during the shift.
Maintain completeness of resident charts and individual care plans, making sure entries are timely, informative, and descriptive of resident's condition.
Write daily nursing notes on all skilled residents, and monthly summary notes on each resident according to posted schedule.
Be responsible for timely execution of all physician orders, including laboratory testing, specialized therapy orders, and preparation and administration of all medications as indicated.

Nursing Requirements:

Must be a licensed LVN/ RN in good standing in the state where employed
Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required
Completion of orientation required by company policy.
Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
Mandatory drug test upon hire.
Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
