gpac, a 30 years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the manufacturing industry. Currently, we are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing equipment uptime and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure smooth operations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause failure analysis to optimize equipment uptime
- Implement preventative maintenance programs
- Provide analytical techniques to improve equipment performance
- Collaborate with employees, customers, and vendors to promote effective performance and cooperation
- Develop TPM, SMED, 5S, and OEE metrics

Position Essential Job Functions:
- Strong MS Office skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Minimum 2 year Associates Degree with at least 5 years of production experience
- Strong math skills
- Lean Six Sigma methodology with a TPM focus is a plus
- Extensive experience in PLC's and equipment controls
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and practices

Position Skills:
- Statistical methods and variance analysis knowledge
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Proven ability in TPM, SMED, 5S, and OEE metrics
- Salary commensurate with experience ($100k-$130k)
