Data Collection : Unit Information : OR Location: Main OR Address: 500 Medical Center Blvd, Webster Texas 77598 Floor: 2 Main Building: Main Tower General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 15 Number of Staff - 100 Type of staff : Day Shift - ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 supervisor, 4 patient care techs( PCT), 13 RN's and 16 CST's. 2 anesthesia tech Night Shift - 1 supervisor, 1 anesthesia tech and 1 PCT. 2 RN's and 2 CST's Patient Ratios - 1:1 Type of equipment - Surgery equipment EMR - ORM Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Over 1 year circulator experience Take call Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): General surgery, trauma, ortho, plastics, GYN, urology, podiatry, neuro and robotics Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - we have a scrub machine, we provide the scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines . Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. Any additional information that would entice a wor ker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .
