Wichita Falls

Program Supervisor

$12/hr

$500 Sign On Bonus

1st $250 paid out after 60 days of employment

2nd $250 paid out after 90 days of employment

Please Note: This position is not remote. House Managers must be able to reliably commute to Wichita Falls, TX. They must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. They must have at least one year of Caregiving experience.

Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.

Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.

Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.

Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SEVITA

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: one year of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Must be 18 years or older.

Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
