Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join our Collections team and play a pivotal role in executing strategic and operational initiatives. As a vital member of our team, you'll support our efforts in managing the end-to-end collections process across all BILL products spanning transactional and credit-related offerings such as AP/AR collection efforts, Spend & Expense (formally Divvy), and Invoice2Go. Your responsibilities will include assessing each account to devise optimal approaches for client communication and loss prevention. We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in collections, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a small yet dynamic team. Join us in optimizing collection efforts and achieving key financial objectives.

We'd love to chat if you have:

  • 1+ years of direct collections experience preferably in ecommerce, payments, financial service or a similar industry. Willing to consider other customer facing roles with proven history of de-escalation, negotiation and problem solving with customers.
  • Previous experience in phone/call center environment with a strong emphasis on handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while balancing assigned cases and duties.
  • Proven ability to learn, adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Able to clearly articulate areas of personal opportunity and can self correct without direction.
  • Logical and rational thinker with demonstrated data analysis and investigative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills - must have ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships with customers and within a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards.

The estimated hourly range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range $18.32 - $20.82 USD
