Job description

LINQM is looking to add multiple sewers to the team. This position will require the candidate to come on site for a sewing test during the interview process.

Applies skill and dexterity in the sewing of tissue and non-tissue components used to produce medical devices, in keeping with regulatory and company guidelines.

Job Functions- Use tools needles, scissors, forceps, specialized tooling, microscope to perform assigned steps, in rotation, in the sewing assembly of valves

- Perform verification, against specifications, of completed steps, and successive checks on steps completed by work team colleagues

- Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records

- On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 10 hour or longer work period

Work Environment

- Hair Cover (Cleanroom)

- Gown (White Polyester Gown cleanroom required)

- Latex- Free Gloves (Sterilized Clean room duraprene gloves fitted per size)

- Face Mask (Cleanroom required face mask)- Microscope (8 X magnification during assembly)

- Loop Light (Lighted Ring Magnification, Required for assembly)

- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Required: Gloves, Gown, Goggles when sanitizing workstations

Skills:

- Good hand eye coordination required

- Ability to read, comprehend and speak English, and good communication skills required
