Job Summary

ThomasARTS, located in Farmington, Utah, is seeking a Social Media Strategist to help manage and operationalize the company's social media marketing practice. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support client business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging analytics and trends to manage daily operations, content planning, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with marketing and business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across social platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to generate engaging and brand-appropriate content.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital strategies to keep Thomas Arts at the forefront of social innovation.
  • Optimize social media campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven adjustments.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and coordinate paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the brand's social presence.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
Skills & Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, operations, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or brand setting.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social platform insights).
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including advertising features and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Strong knowledge of each social platform's ads manager and experience with building paid social media campaigns, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • S trong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Based in Farmington, Utah, with the ability to work in-office. Minimal travel may be required for industry events or client meetings.
