Position Summary: LinQuest is a Principal Test Engineer to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. This position requires a Secret security clearance. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to shape the development and deployment of the next generation intercontinental ballistic missile, the national security-critical backbone of our nuclear deterrent capability. Key Responsibilities Assist the customer with developing engineering requirements in support of an advance reentry capabilities program.
Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.
Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings, as required.
Guide and develop more junior engineering team members.
Required Skills and Experience: 12 years directly related experience (10 years with MS degree).
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, software Engineering (including degrees listed as acceptable for software), Physics, Mathematics, Quality Assurance, or Statistical Analysis.
At least 6 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience as an aerospace/mechanical engineer on a missile system or complex weapon system (especially ACAT I program or ICBM-related experience). Current Secret Clearance or higher. Knowledge or previous experience with Air Force Operations and acquisition programs. Previous experience with military weapon systems.
