Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Senior Systems Administrator. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise and be responsible for the planning, architecture, patch, upgrade, optimization, and overall administration for PLM applications, specifically Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture and Teamcenter Active Workspace Client in a fast-paced environment
Working in the Operations team, collaborate daily with the Development team to deliver a highly performant Teamcenter system to users
Serve as the point of contact for all Teamcenter related infrastructure and operation needs
Provide consistent and constant support for all environments (Development, Test, Integration, and Production) encompassing all layers, modules, integration, connections, interfaces
Implement and test software patches and security fixes
Perform installation, configuration, hardening, and testing for new/updated system changes
Develop, execute, and improve documentation for installation, configuration, hardening, and operations and maintenance tasks
Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures
Assist in performing root cause analysis and resolving faults and errors in systems and applications
Ensure assigned operating systems and applications are compliant with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) directives and guidelines, including Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) bulletinsWhat's In It For You

High School diploma and 16+ years related IT experience, or
BA/BS degree with 12+ years of related IT experience, or

Experience with Teamcenter SOA Gateway
Experience with Agile Software Development using Jira for tracking issues and resolutions
Experience with Software configuration management using GIT Hub for code repository
Ability to articulate solution ideas with absolute clarity, good communication, and presentation skills. Help bridge IT teams
Experience advising and consulting with management or equivalent within and outside own organization
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external resources necessary to successfully complete assignments or projects
Experience proactively managing and prioritizing multiple related projects, assignments, timelines, milestones, and follow-up communications
Experience collaborating with vendors in the research, development, and implementation of server technologies
Tenacious documenter of activities, status, and issues worked
Experience providing input to and follow direction from Configuration Management processes
Demonstrated working knowledge and use of Microsoft Active Directory, GPO's, DHCP, DNS
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
General understanding of antivirus software
General understanding of vulnerability scanning software
General understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)US Citizenship Required

Experience documenting Teamcenter infrastructure with MBSE tools or equivalent
Knowledge of AWS supporting large-scale deployments as an administrator
Knowledge of load balancing/failover technologies
Knowledge of migrating and/or extending on-premises software to the cloud
Knowledge of AWS Cloud Platform (IaaS)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Use of scripting to automate administrative tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python, and/or AWS Console
AWS Cloud certification(s) is a preferred
Microsoft certification(s) is a preferred

Full-Time Salary Range: $91980 - $156330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
