Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Center Leader to achieve quality compliance and KPIs.
- Direct client evaluation and intake services, pairing children with provider team members.
- Lead team meetings to address challenges, performance metrics, provider-client pairing, and more.
- Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent Catalyst in the community.
- Foster a work culture that increases employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in interviewing BCBA and RBT/BT applicants.
- Conduct daily performance evaluations and provide motivation and feedback.
- Provide Fieldwork supervision to trainees seeking BCBA certification.
- Actively participate in all Catalyst Professional Staff Organization meetings.
- Mentor BCBA's and students: Fuel the next generation of amazing supervisors within the field.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred).
- 3-5 years of BCBA experience.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical ability to respond quickly, move quickly, and meet certain physical requirements.
- Must pass a background check.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
