The Classified Solutions Cyber Metrics Analyst will support cybersecurity program administration across a wide range of responsibilities. The qualified candidate will leverage data-science expertise and program knowledge to develop meaningful charts, graphs, and metrics based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) that help communicate Classified Solutions mission-readiness and IT/cyber system health to leadership, while also engaging in and coordinating with Scrum administration and project management coordination with leadership and cost-account manager (CAM) to ensure classified solutions alignment to project cost, schedule, and KPI/KRI metrics accountability through:
• Effective analysis of data for trends, abnormalities, and predictive reporting
• Identification and communication of Key Performance and Risk Indicators through charts and dashboard tools
• Mature classified solutions vulnerability and metrics reporting model using industry best-practices for metrics and dashboard maturity models
• Support Scrum management as needed through daily scrum support and coordinate with Classified Solutions Scrum, CAM, and program management team
• Deliver presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders as needed
• Identify, track, and report metrics for Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), and provide system metrics in the form of KPIs for IoC tracking and resolution
• Support PI planning cycles, to include coordinating the execution of IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) activities and development of Quantifiable Backup Data (QBD)
• Liaison between Project Management team, executive leadership, and classified solutions to coordinate schedule planning, requirements, and cost reporting
• Support dashboard design for IT team to identify opportunities to optimize and support continuous improvement across team through meaningful, data-driven decision-making

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance in order to be considered, current and within scope.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years professional experience is required
• Experience developing metrics in the form of Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators (KPIs/KRIs)
• Experience with Scrum Master support role
• Must have work experience in the one (or more) of the following areas: Department of Defense and / or other government sector program or government contract background
• Candidate must have strong technical background supporting data science, data analytics, and organizing data through dashboards and visualizations
• Business Acumen: The ability to apply knowledge, insights and understanding of business and cybersecurity concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions, and performance.
• Communications: The ability to manage communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs that are within Cybersecurity risk tolerance.
• Issue & Problem Resolution: The ability to identify and address cybersecurity program impacts through a systematic proactive approach that identifies, communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves conflicts across all levels of the program.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have (PQs)
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or similar STEM related discipline
• Diverse classified information systems security / information assurance background
• Prior experience communicating with customer and program leadership
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, with current SAP/SAR access, is highly desirable Salary Range: $75,300 - $112,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
