Job description

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING Research, create and maintain the thermal project forecasting report via company software (HubSpot CRM System). Provide any needed support for Thermal Sales Managers in the creation and maintenance of relationships with mechanical contractors and engineers in Utah, Northern Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Participate in monthly company sales meetings and provides accurate forecasting reports including details regarding thermal equipment, services and sales, and large thermal projects in the sales area. Maintain safety certifications as required by company and customers to ensure safe operations while onsite. Diligently monitor the monthly commission reports provided by company manufacturers (Vertiv) for accuracy and notify the respective manufacturers, sales managers and Accounting of any discrepancies. Provide coordination of the startup, commissioning, and delivery of supplied thermal services, or third-party service companies. Point of contact for manufacturer projects and service. Create, coordinate and assist sales team with customer proposals. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY High School degree required. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio (or similar) for preparation of thermal single lines, schematics, elevations, floor plans, and various control systems. Familiarity and understanding of thermal/HVAC control systems. Familiarity with the ASHRAE 90.1, ICC International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). Proven professional written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, etc.). Valid Drivers License to visit customer sites. Desire to eventually become an outside commission-based sales manager.
