Job description

Must Haves: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in a receiving role or similar position. 2 to 3 years experience
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control. Nice to Haves:
Familiar with SAP software
Current forklift license
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming shipments, verifying merchandise, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all received goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods.
Unpack and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
Can do basic computer skills, email, word & excel.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
