• Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.
• Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
• Create and present new and renewal proposals to new and existing clients.
• Assist the commercial lines department with client management and daily processing tasks.
• Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls with clients, carriers, and banks.
• Processing payments and documenting any changes to client accounts.

• You must be able to commute to our l ocation to be considered for this position.
• Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Proven expertise working with commercial lines clients and policies.
• A track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
• Mu st have strong interpersonal, communication skills, and be determined.

Salary: $65-$90K+ along with a comprehensive benefit plan!
