Sign on and retention bonuses available up to $8,000.00! Gifford Health Care is seeking an LPN or RN work in our Randolph, VT location. The LPN/RN will Provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way. This position will Incorporate differences into the provision of care, integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum to include patient and family education. This position will be responsible for patients, taking medical history and vital signs, authorizations, chart prepping for office visits and OR, booking appointments, copying/faxing, filing, stocking and ordering supplies.# This position will also be responsible for setting up rooms and assisting physician with clinic procedures.# This role has an essential function of working in concert with the nursing staff and physicians within the organization and will deliver the highest quality of care to patients and have the ability to perform effectively in a fast paced, high demand department.
