CWMD Strategic Intelligence Planner Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Required 2 years' experience with doctrinal intelligence support leveraging intelligence community architectures. 2 years' experience in Intelligence Community analysis and production, collection, and warning requirements management. 2 years' experience in Combatant Command (or equivalent level) plan support for the CWMD mission set. Service ILE (JPME1) and JPME2, or Joint Advanced Warfighting School, or the Intelligence Planner Professional Certification. (Or a compatible level of expertise in the six Joint Learning Areas from the OPMED TS/SCI Job Objective The purpose of the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Support Task Order is to provide subject matter expertise to conduct strategic studies and assessments for the analysis, assessment, and synchronization of the Unified Command Plan CWMD mission for USSOCOM to synchronize the global DoD CWMD mission more effectively. Responsibilities Provide support to USSOCOM Intelligence Planning/Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment/Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IP/JIPOE/IPB) Develop intelligence products to depict/characterize/assess adversary WMD capabilities, entities, venues and associated political and military implications. Respond directly to leadership taskings by monitoring CWMD threat intelligence, fusing available information, and responding to RFIs from a variety of parties. Support preparation of a variety general CWMD intelligence products, including briefings and in- depth reports (including but not limited to: WMD Master Site Lists, Global WMD Surveys, WMD Personality Lists, CWMD JIPOE Assessments, WMD related target folders and JPEC Annex B inputs). Provide intelligence support to CCMD and partner nation planning efforts as required. Provide support to USSOCOM in Intelligence Planning/Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment/Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IP/JIPOE/IPB). Work with intelligence analysts and operational planners to develop CWMD Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE). Synchronize full-intelligence support to CWMD global campaign plan. Integrate Intelligence products/analysis into the Joint Planning Group (JPG) to support campaign plan development Global WMD Surveys, WMD Personality Lists, CWMD JIPOE Assessments, WMD related target folders and JPEC Annex B inputs). Work with intelligence analysts and operational planners to develop CWMD Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE). Synchronize full-intelligence support to CWMD global campaign plan. Integrate Intelligence products/analysis into Joint Planning Group (JPG) to support campaign plan development. Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders. Perform escort duty for cleaning crew and construction crew in support of SOCOM J10 when required. Work Location Alexandria, VA - Ft.
