Job Number: R Defense Microelectronics Strategist
Key Role: Help define the strategy for next generation US g overnment and defense microelectronics te chn ologies. Leverage knowledge of current and future defense system needs related to advanced microelectronics te chn ologies. Identify promising ind us try partners and te chn ologies and collaborate to define te chn ical and b us iness strategies for engagement and us age of their capabilities for defense missions. Basic Qualifications: Experience with supporting defense community stakeholders in microelectronics te chn ologies, program strategy, and utilization of microelectronics devices Experience with semic ond uctor fabrication te chn ologies, semic ond uctor processes, t r us ted and state of the art processes, or respective vendors Knowledge of defense and government microelectronics needs and requirements, trends of microelectronics device us age within the community, and multiple stakeholder roles, responsibilities, and objectives within the microelectronics domain Ability to perform te chn ical assessment of current and future microelectronics te chn ologies, develop te chn ology trends and reports, and make key recommendations to the client Ability to craft effective and functional strategies for microelectronics access that meet the needs of multiple agencies and stakeholders Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with providing te chn ical support to senior DoD program managers on high risk, high reward projects within the microelectronics domain TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in EE, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred; Doctorate degree in EE, Computer Engineering, or a r elated field a pl us Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
