SUMMARY
Arcticom is a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support a portfolio of contracts. The DPM will support the Operations Manager and Program Managers in day-to-day activities including project deliverables and staffing reports.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.
Interpret and apply government and industry specifications to the unique requirements for delivering staffing reports
Provide guidance and support to ensure all IT and Professional project objectives are achieved
Provide daily support and direction in support of Program Managers and staff
Develop procedures and processes and implement controls for integrating, operating, and maintaining staffing requirements
Analyze staffing data output of technologies and its impacts on project performance, costs, and schedules
Support existing contracts, modifications, and task orders
Provide proposal staffing support
Provide written specifications for positions and support resume updates with certifications and experience relating to LCATs
Provide staffing solutions according to established funding limits
Provide comprehensive weekly status updates to team leadership, showing schedule, financial and staffing updates, issues, and accomplishments

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO's)
Bachelor's degree
10 plus years of experience
Program management experience on government contracts
Minimum Secret Clearance
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Business operations experience
Proposal experience
Experience supporting HR and benefits
Preferred
Government contracting experience
IT and Professional Services contracts

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
