The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).

Responsibilities:
Kearney & Company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Administrator with strong expertise in Salesforce administration across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds to join our team! This role supports the entire portfolio of enterprise business applications along with data visualization and process automation efforts. Experience supporting a professional services organization and knowledge of the government contracting industry are highly preferred. This role is critical in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling enterprise applications to support business operations, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration:
Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, user access, and system performance.
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data consistency and availability.
Support business process improvement by implementing automation solutions such as flows.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to continuously improve the system.
Collect requirements from stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce environment aligns with business needs and processes.
Enterprise Applications Support:
Provide support and troubleshooting for various enterprise applications used across the organization.
Monitor system performance, security, and functionality of key applications and ensure they meet business needs.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and implement best practices for application use, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
Leverage Tableau and PowerBI to design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights.
Manage and maintain data sources and ensure data quality for reporting purposes.
Process Automation:
Utilize Power Automate to build workflows and automation processes that enhance operational efficiency.
Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation across the organization and implement solutions.
Requirement Gathering and Testing:
Work closely with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for system improvements and new features.
Design and execute testing plans for new Salesforce features, automations, and system integrations, ensuring that all changes meet business requirements and are bug-free before deployment.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to validate that solutions meet their expectations.
Documentation and Training:
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
Qualifications:
BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS platforms
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other business intelligence/data visualizations tools
Familiarity with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders
Experience in designing and executing test cases for system changes
Strong understanding of data management, integration, and governance
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to resolve technical issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Developer are a plus
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
Experience with APIs and third-party integrations
Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce) is a plus
Experience with Sage People, or other HRIS platforms, is a plus
Experience with Jira is a plus
