Overview:
Summary: Verbal Beginnings is looking for a collaborative, energetic, and organized Office Coordinator to join our team!. The Office Coordinator is responsible for serving as a resource for families, visitors and staff at Verbal Beginnings. The Office Coordinator will work closely with the Center Operations team to oversee the day to day operations of the Verbal Beginnings Center. This position collaborates daily with staff in various departments across the organization (Administrative, Human Resources, Field, and Center).
The right candidate will be a self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail. We are looking for a motivated and multi-talented individual who wants to be part of an exciting and fast-growing organization!

Responsibilities:
As an Office Coordinator, you will:
Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
Organize workflows and ensure that supervisees understand their duties and delegated tasks
Oversee Center events for staff and families
Contribute to Center morale through the support of staff and implementation of Center-based appreciation events
Establish and maintain effective communication systems supporting professional team relationships
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot staff technology including Macs, iPads, printers, and ensuring maintaining Protected Health Information (PHI) for HIPAA compliance
Serve as a liaison between all outside vendors, including but not limited to maintenance
Maintain general upkeep and appearance of the Verbal Beginnings Center building
Answer quotations and provide follow up for staff, families, and visitors
Serve as a day to day resource for staff across admin functions to ensure smooth sessions and daily operations
Oversee and modify Center processes for inventory control
Track expenses of Center-based purchases
Follow the policies and procedures of Verbal Beginnings, LLC
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
About You:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
1+ years of administrative experience in a related field
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Following processes accurately
Teamwork/collaboration
Organizational Skills
Effective time management skills

Verbal Beginnings is a BCBA-owned and operated, BHCOE & ACQ accredited autism therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. Verbal Beginnings works closely with families and schools to provide quality behavior intervention services to children 2-18 years of age diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as other behavioral and developmental disorders.
