Job Number: R Program and Project Finance Analyst
The Opportunity: As a Project Controls Analyst, you'll perform a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for a large and complex program. You'll analyze project budgets, forecast revenue, and estimates at completion (EAC). You will perform project-level financial management reporting and analysis. You'll accomplish forecast variance analysis and recommend appropriate actions based on analysis results. You will support monthly invoicing requirements, including reviewing and auditing activities. You'll complete subcontract and material purchase requests, monitor vendor expenses, prepare detailed Financial Program Management reviews, and provide the status of key performance metrics. As a Project Controls Analyst on our team, you'll support finan cia l analysis, risk mitigation, and revenue reporting to help a program management office succeed. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build an actionable plan that meets all client requirements for finan cia l management and reporting in a timely and seamless manner. You'll leverage your government contract expertise by working in a demanding and fast-paced environment to help your client execute against well-formed contract requirements. You will help ensure the project controls process runs efficiently through your team's consistent tracking and communication with all stakeholders. You Have: 2+ years of experience working in a program control environment Experience with using advanced Micro sof t Excel Knowledge of program finance or business operations support Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with all contract types Experience with FEDSIM Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations Ability to pay extreme attention to detail Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements Ability to manage competing priorities Possession of an excellent self-starter work ethic Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
