Senior Consultant JRogers Consulting (JRC) is looking for a team player who values quality and strives to solve their clients' most pressing challenges. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-pace, diverse environment with a variety of tasks and opportunities for growth and development. This candidate will support JRC's growing Leadership Development practice area and work across multiple contracts supporting a variety of clients and initiatives and associated tasks and deliverables. Major Duties: • Provide contract support to a variety of programs including leadership development and executive leadership coaching contracts with Federal government entities, such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Transportation (DoT), and the Department of Defense (DoD). • Support the execution of a leadership development programs, including two cohorts that meet monthly. Liaise between the Government client, participants, instructors, and the course material development team. Generate and send monthly virtual session links, course materials, survey reports and track participant attendance and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits. • Participate in client meetings, capturing feedback, next steps, updating client deliverables and course materials. Follow on activities may include notes, reports, survey development, and providing participant certificates, documentation. • Track training contracts, status, program checklists, and strong communication skills to effectively update clients and facilitators of program changes. Position Qualifications: • 3-5 years of general consulting or training experience, specifically in the Federal Government • Strong writing and editing skills, proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel • Customer oriented, positive and can-do attitude • High level of professionalism and business acumen • Ability to work in a team-based environment with internal and external partners and juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously • Bachelor's degree Company Description JRogers Consulting LLC (JRC) is a small, woman owned business that helps government agencies improve their organizational performance.
