Chenega Systems (CS) provides federal agencies empowered solutions in Cybersecurity and Data Visualization. Our Subject Matter Experts offer decades of experience working in the federal marketplace and the data visualization environment.
You will support the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Office of Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-2 Information Management (IM) Directorate, otherwise known as the Department of the Army Military Intelligence - Information Management (DAMI-IM), Chief Information Officer (CIO) in this important role. DAMI-IM's mission is to transform Army Intelligence into a Net-Centric, knowledge-based community through the development of policy and management of Information Technology (IT) integration, networking, assurance, initiatives, and programs. You'll be helping achieve G-2's vision of putting intelligence into the Warfighter's hands.
The Senior IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional is responsible for supporting A&A or other IA/CND Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks, ensuring validity and accuracy review of all associated documentation.
Responsibilities
As a Senior IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional within our Army CIO team, you will:
- Lead and perform compliance reviews of computer security plans, perform risk assessments, and validate and perform security test evaluations and audits.
- Analyze and define security requirements for information protection for enterprise systems and networks.
- Assist in the development of security policies.
- Analyze the sensitivity of the information and perform vulnerability and risk assessments based on defined sensitivity and information flow.
- Responsible for auditing the most complex new and existing information systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate, and that information systems procedures are compliant with corporate standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Arts/Science, or Masters preferred
- Additional years of experience used in lieu of degree.
- 10+ years of experience in protected information environments (i.e., SIPR, SAP, JWICS, etc.)
- IAM Level III certification (CISM, CISSP (or associate), GSLC, or CCISO) by DoD 8570.01-M
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of and experience with ICD 503 and the government's assessment and authorization process.
- Knowledge of Trusted Operating Systems, Mandatory Access Control (MAC) systems, covert channel analysis, and the process and mechanisms by which they are certified.
- Knowledge of integration of stand networks through Cross Domain Solution (CDS) devices.
