Job description

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Training, Exercise, and Defense Readiness SME to support the DTRA Strategic Integration (SI) Directorate in support of the DoD Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission. Clearance Required: TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility Position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise to support the development and execution of intricate and complex CWMD focused training in support of U.S. national military strategy and regional contingency requirements. Develops, plans and conducts CWMD joint training events aligned with DoD and USG-wide Tier-I exercises. Identifies strengths and weakness, review issues, lessons learned, and recommends and implements refinements to the training audience. Manage, plan, and execute DTRA's Joint Training Program (JTP) and training exercises. Review and update of all Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) CWMD related doctrine and associated documents. Provide proposed Training and Exercise Support to manage, plan, and execute DTRA's Joint Training Program (JTP) and training exercises. Plan and conduct classified and unclassified DTRA JTP and Agency's Readiness and Preparedness Program (ARPEP) training events and assessments. Provide technical expertise in managing Joint Training and Information Management System (JTIMS) and Joint Lesson's Learned Information Systems (JLLIS). Provide technical, logistical, operational, training, and associated ancillary support required to develop, perform and execute DTRAs JTP. Participate in DoD JTS related conference/working groups in support of DTRA JTP. Provide support and expertise required to support scenario design and scripting of DTRA supported exercises. Develop Joint education and training materials, support course implementation, and provide course instruction. Provide technical, logistical, operational, training, and associated ancillary support Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of implementing all four phases of the DoD's Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States (CJCSM 3500 series). Able to write information papers and brief GO/FO/SES-level leadership Knowledge in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and familiarity with Chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense Business Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Ten years of specialized experience in the above-described duties. Experience on Joint, Service or COCOM staff required.
