Mayvin is currently seeking an Accountable Property Specialist who will conduct various property accountability and administrative support as required to support the Management Services Division (MSD) of the United States Marshals. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI) Responsibilities : Generate reports in the property management and financial management systems Develop and maintain logs and databases to track accountable property Analyze information to identify issues and isolate problems Prepare statistical and evaluation of program performance related to various operations Provide administrative support to the Property Management Office Prepare correspondence related to program issues for higher-level signature Prepare a variety of presentations for senior management briefings Process various types of customer inquiries and documentation Qualifications : Bachelor's degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently with minimal supervision 3 years of experience with accountable property management Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications : DoD supply/logistics expertise About Mayvin : Mayvin offers our employees an innovative culture, excellent benefits and amenities, an inclusive work environment, ongoing career development, and recognition and rewards to honor hard work.
