The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you use your spe cia lized te chn ical intelligence, military and government experience, and attention to detail to develop intelligence products, including papers and briefings, to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to safeguard our warfighters and enable our military and national leaders to shape national security policy . As an intelligence analyst on our team, you will help your client identify and understand potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities in U.S. Army plans, processes, and other activities as directed. You will have the opportunity to explore new data sources and combine information from disparate sources to develop tradecraft as you build assessments and briefings for the intelligence community and senior leaders and policy makers. You will help your team provide intelligence-informed, adversary-centric insights that are separate and distinct from other established channels of military advice or finished intelligence products and analysis prepared for Army Senior Leaders ( ASL ) . You will assist your team to challenge intelligence assumptions, providing alternative analysis from the perspective of adversaries to inform ASL decision making. As the authority on your portfolio, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You Have: Experience c ond ucting analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
Experience collaborating with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes
Experience developing concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
Experience briefing items of national intelligence to senior DoD leaders and policy makers
Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
Ability to assist in managing workflow, schedule, tasking, logistics, and resources for an intel cell of 10-15 people
TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst on U.S. Army or DoD programs and projects, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst on U.S. Army or DoD programs and projects Nice If You Have: Experience providing guidance in applying alternative analysis methodologies such as Red Teaming
Experience producing assessments on insights driven by trends and futures
Experience identifying threat knowledge gaps and validating existing collection strategies, requirements, and methodologies
Experience building and briefing intelligence presentations to wide audiences, including senior U.S. Army leadership
Experience with combat deployment as an intelligence analyst
Experience with the U.S. Army Enterprise Task Management System
Knowledge of the Army Acquisition process Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
