Salary range - $80,000 to 95,000 including best-in-class benefits program, PTO etc. Clearance required - Must have at least a Secret Clearance Location - Arlington VA Duties: Provide analysis and recommendations to the Program Manager for the National Guard Bureau Annual Training Program with the responsibility for identifying, programming, and monitoring the manpower, fiscal, and logistics annual training requirements for Army National Guard offices located throughout the 54 States and Territories. Work in conjunction with the program manager and serving as the interface between the ARNG Directorate, States and Territories. Ledgers of account status will be updated daily and provided to the section chief. Provide technical assistance, policy advice, and consultation on annual training programs and funding issues to training program managers located throughout the States and Territories. Task occurs daily via State visits, email, and telephone. Provide Annual Training Program Manager Support to the Capabilities Branch, Resource Integration Division (ARNG-RI), National Guard Bureau, Arlington, VA Requirements: Must have a current Secret Clearance. Must have at least 10 years service in the Army National Guard or DA Civilian or Contractor in the preferably in financial management field.
