Work you'll do As an Analyst, you'll work on a fast-paced project supporting a high priority client. You will provide comprehensive support and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of program activities by effectively managing tasks, schedules, and administrative needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex schedules for key program leaders, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and adherence to critical deadlines
Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks for various meetings and initiatives
Provide clear and concise daily and weekly updates on the program's schedule, priorities, and commitments
Use advanced task management tools to efficiently assign tasks, track progress, collect information, and compile data
Prepare documents and presentations for the program, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines
Obtain approvals in a timely manner while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential roadblocks
Provide proactive and resourceful support with administrative and personnel duties, anticipating needs and taking initiative
Gather all necessary materials and prepare comprehensive agendas for meetings
Take detailed and accurate minutes, capturing key decisions, action items, and next steps
Review, edit, and update operational instructions, tasks, records, correspondence, and presentations
Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external contacts
Effectively manage communication flow within the program, ensuring timely information exchange and seamless collaboration
