Responsibilities: Syntelligent is seeking a Change Management Specialist for upcoming, contingentwork supporting the Navy's HR Transformation in Arlington, VA. This is a pipeline position Syntelligentis currently working with a client to transform their HR organization into a world-class personnel organization. A significant milestone in the client's plan is to deliver an enhanced HR customer experience via a tiered shared service model using industry standard HR IT applications. Duties will include: Coordinate across workstreams to build familiarity and awareness of pending HR system, process or organizational changes. Work with organizational stakeholders and Deloitte team members to develop Organizational Change Management (OCM) scoping documents and supporting products establishing: Plans and products for internal and external communications; Training plans and products tailored for each category of stakeholder; and Identification of and plans to leverage change agents. Develop quality PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents to deliver to the client. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate) and Word (Advanced) Must be able to communicate effectively and comfortable working individually and in team environments. Ability to deal well with change and uncertainty Excellent written communication skills Work experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience delivering or implementing new HR services in large organizations. Candidates can work well at the Consultant level with limited supervision. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally. Mental Requirements: Must be able to mutli-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice. Preferred: Communications strategy development experience Experience developing and delivering high level training aids (quick start guides, one-pagers, etc.) Familiarity with military HR service delivery Clearance: Secret Online applications only, please. The likely salary range for this position is $95,000-105,000 per year. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
