On our team of experienced professionals, you'll use cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. You'll closely collaborate with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS, Azure or GCP to design, define, develop, test, and debug cloud solution components. You'll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to create and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal Azure, AWS, and GCP labs, you'll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our client's problems, and you'll partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. You Have: 8+ years of experience in IT applications or managing infrastructure and applications in an enterprise environment
4+ years of experience with managing applications within a Cloud Service Provider, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Knowledge of networking, storage, computer, and database fundamentals Knowledge of operating systems, including Linux, UNIX, Ubuntu, or Red Hat Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field AWS, Azure, or GCP Certifications Nice If You Have: Experience with troubleshooting or deploying enterprise applications Experience with developing or improving application architecture to ensure client needs are met Experience with managing Containers or Virtual Machines Experience with using Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins Experience with scripting tools, including Bash, PowerShell, JSON, and Python Knowledge of Terraform and CloudFormation, or IAC tools Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
