R- Description Leidos currently has an opening for an experienced Contracts Manager to support our Arlington VA & Beavercreek OH offices. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills & experience supporting the Leidos Innovation Center (LInC) Business Area under the Office of Technology. The selected candidate will report to the Contracts Director and support all contract management activities for a diverse portfolio of contracts. Individual contributor role. Part-time telecommuting allowed. Must reside in the Northern Virginia area. Applications from candidates not physically located in Northern Virginia area will not be considered. Active TS/SCI is required prior experience working in a classified environment. Due to the nature of the position, periodic presence at the Leidos Arlington VA office and/or travel to Beavercreek OH location will be required. Primary Responsibilities: Provide the oversight and evaluation of major proposals, monitoring major contracts, be a critical asset in key negotiations, resolve performance issues, identify risks & propose mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with Leidos policies, excellent communications across multiple areas within Leidos, and developing & maintaining excellent customer relationships. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Consummate team player, routinely interacting with programs, contracts, finance, project control, and responsiveness to customer requirements critical. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant contract management experience OR master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Local to and able to regularly commute to the Arlington, VA office
Prior experience working with the IC community is preferred.

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
