If you are a dedicated Solutions Specialist with experience in Federal or DoD Financial Reporting and Remediation efforts in either General Funds or Working Capital Funds, we want you to join our team! Position Overview: As a Solutions Specialist specializing in independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are met. Responsibility for on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations. Leads teams for complex work streams and/or are recognized experts in the area of accounting or financial management and business systems. Level IVs primarily interact with FM&C and Government clients at the Division Head and above Level. Key Responsibilities: Works with Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Analysts and other stakeholders in identifying and defining requirements Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions. Collaborates with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk. Configures the workflow based on the detailed business requirements utilizing the RPA software. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Travel Required. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field. • Proven experience (9+ years) in data analysis and data migration, with a focus on General Ledger within ERP systems and Robotic Process Automation. • Proficiency in RPA systems (e.g., UiPath). • Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and data governance. • Excellent data manipulation skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Federal government consulting experience (preferred but not required).
