The Opportunity: As a Defense Industrial Base Analyst, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As a Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Analyst, you'll bring your analytical background to work on projects for senior leaders in the Department of Defense. You'll support DIB sector risk management by engaging with key stakeholders from across the U.S. Government, running working groups and interagency forums, coordinating key policy and guidance documents, and developing and delivering presentations on the status of DIB and critical infrastructure. You'll help assess sector risk by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating threats and risk mitigation efforts. You'll impact the work we do for Defense Industrial Base sector risk management and the solutions we deliver for senior government officials. You Have: Experience working with U.S. Government agencies with a critical infrastructure and homeland defense mission Knowledge of the critical infrastructure and defense industrial base sector Knowledge of Department of Defense policy coordination mechanisms Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with senior leaders verbally and in writing Ability to assist with writing policy memorandum and reports at the executive level with minimum supervision Ability to conduct independent research and analysis into a broad array of subjects Secret clearance Master's Degree Nice If You Have: Experience working with Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and the National Security Council Experience managing a Government working group or other policy coordination forum and hosting events or conferences Top Secret clearance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
