Overview of the Director of Joint Venture Accounting role:

• Build out processes and procedures related to the JV portfolio
• Manage joint venture consolidation process
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and monthly JV fund financials
• Supervise other accountants within the department

Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Joint Venture Accounting:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
• 5-8 years' experience
• Experience in external audit at Big4 or large public accounting firm preferred
• CPA preferred
• Experience in fund accounting, renewable energy or real estate industry preferred
