Job description

Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Technical SETA to support the Defense Science Office (DSO) at DARPA. In support of DARPA and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestone Capabilities: Program lifecycle experience, with a STEM background and general interest in learning, problem solving, and diving into new areas in support of program development. Experience in program or project management Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to perform proof reading and quality control on technical documents and slides Excellent communication skills - both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral; must be able to concisely summarize and efficiently communicate the essential elements of a concept quantitatively and comprehensively Flexible and readily adaptable to change Demonstrated attention to detail Self-starter who is willing to work in an inter-disciplinary work environment Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests Responsibilities: Act as the central action officer and organizational hub of a large multi-program team Able to coordinate technical, financial, and organizational tasks between multiple SETA team members, government teams, and the Program Manager Able to manage multiple overlapping project schedules with complex interdependencies; able to minimize scheduling risk and programmatic risk in a portfolio Provide programmatic, project management, and high-level technical support across the PM's portfolio of programs.
