Job description

Strategic Analysis is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to program deliverables. In addition to working well in a team environment, as a successful Executive Assistant candidate you will incorporate the following: Responsibilities: • Provide executive administrative support to assist with effectively managing and coordinating the schedules, missions and suspenses. • Calendar and scheduling management. Manage executive calendars by creating and accepting meeting invitations, coordinating visit requests, and de-conflicting calendar events. • Arrange domestic and international travel for government personnel to efficiently accomplish mission requirements. This includes support for all travel and logistical arrangements, proficient use of the Defense Travel System (DTS), and compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). • Work closely with office Action Officer and other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support. • Organize and facilitate communications within DARPA and with external organizations on a wide array of subjects including internal and external tasks, program reviews, meetings, congressional events, invitations, speaking events, and resources. • Provide business and other general administrative and professional office support, as required. Requirements: Education • BA/BS preferred Clearance • Active DoD Secret Clearance Experience • At least 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives • Significant experience with DTS Desired skills • Ability to learn client specific processes for administrative tasks. • Ability to work closely with colleagues to manage invitations and higher-level engagements for agency leadership, ensuring they have received the necessary materials to prepare for all upcoming engagements. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to provide support at client site on a regular basis.
