Job Number: R Executive Assistant
Key Role: Provide corresp ond ence staffing support to organization action officers using government templates for all required corresp ond ence actions, including formal letters, memorandums, read-ahead briefings, meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel, training, and personnel documents. Deliver or pick up documents within the local travel area. Ensure the Director's daily calendar operations are accomplished in a timely, professional, responsive manner for senior management, internal and external staff, and those external to the organization. Arrange for meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing. Perform administrative, executive assistance, and logistical tasks which include answering phones, taking messages, making photocopies, scanning documents, and sending and receiving faxes. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with providing administrative support to senior military and civilian offi cia ls
Experience with using Micro sof t applications
Experience with formatting documents using appropriate standards
Experience with scheduling meetings and interacting with senior government offi cia ls
Experience with tracking multiple staff actions
Ability to review tasks and assign actions based on the organization and its activities
TS / SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
