Job description

Work you'll do A successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, understanding user requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. The role includes all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), key responsibilities include:
o Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and define software requirements.
o Convert user requirements into functional specifications.
o Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood and met.
o Participate in software design and review sessions.
o Develop and execute test scripts to include unit, functional, and regression testing.
o Facilitate demos for User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders.
o Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
o Participate in quality assurance processes, including testing and validation of software functionality.
o Provide support during software implementation and post-implementation phases. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Experience collecting requirements and facilitating customer design sessions and demos
Experience designing and documenting software solutions
Experience writing test scripts and conducting unit, functional, and regression testing
Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Background in Information Systems or related field
Preferred: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proactive mindset and ability to handle uncertainty
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
